BuyRentalsDirect.com is the web presence of St. Vincent Holdings, LLC. We work with the R.E.O. or "Real Estate Owned" departments of several national lenders to acquire the best most-rentable properties in markets where we have strong local managers and construction crews. We acquire these homes, recondition them and lease them.

We review the lists of the lenders and the properties and their respective neighborhoods are selected by our field associates. The homes we select to purchase are chosen based upon their physical condition and the rentability of each.

Since all of the homes we purchase have been repossessed by the lenders, they all need cleaning up and correction of any identified deferred maintenance. Construction ranges from paint and new flooring to extensive repairs such as new roofing, new HVAC, etc. As soon as our purchase closes, our construction crews make the needed repairs and prepare the home for the rental market.
